Stop undervaluing the employees and give the proper tools to actually get work done
They were really great workers and made work kind of ok to work at sometimes
It was straight forward and told me what was wanted at the beginning, except for all the constant sales that were occurring, and the constant threat of cutting hours if the quota wasn't met.
The area is already a high crime rate area, there are constant thefts, though there are many cases of them getting violent. The cops don't do much, so it would be great if the company insured the safety of their employees.
It would be nice to be informed about changes, such as a pay cut. Also, if the store wouldn't be so contantly understaffed, so even if an employee gets in a car wreck, they don't have to work the next day, even with sick days available
Stop accussing the employees like they are stealing when they document all the daily thefts in a high crime area. It would be nice if the employees feel appreciated here and there, and not feel like they are inadequate instead. Worst company i have ever worked at.
