Being able to speak to understanding coworker/friends is the most positive thing. Also being able to play music very loud.

I like that the FA Canada leadership is presenting more opportunities to the staff for movement and advancement. Also, they listen and try to talk things out with their employees.

Perché ti senti sottovalutato e che cosa ti farebbe sentire meglio con il tuo compenso?

Legacy Sterling employees should get 1hr for lunch (30mins paid and 30 unpaid) instead of just 30mins unpaid, as that is what the FA employees get. There should be more encouragement to break up the day so there isn't burn out.
