There is clear communications that come from them at least monthly. That they speak to us as individuals and not ignore us just because we aren't executives also.

Knowing that the company truly supports a work-life balance and the team environment. If I had an issue with a project I feel confident that I could reach out to either my co-workers or manager for support/assistance.

That there is cross training on everything that is done within our department. This makes it easier for each of us to take a day for vacation or sickness and not stress over what work items we have looming over our head to return to work.
