To be clear, my team is my client, the US Attorney's office. There are a couple other contractors here, but mostly not FSA people. This office is family. I love these people.

Since COVID, the draconian in office rules have lifted and I'm happy to work with my client on work from home and in office flexibility to base success on work product, not on hours in office.

I feel under valued because FSA refuses to be honest about what it charges the client for my work. The decrease in health insurance benefits and increase in premium while sending out "wellness" boxes of junk is insulting.

Transparency is needed about what the value/salary worth of the employee is. This company needs less middle management and needs to invest more heavily in the front line workers.
