This is the worst company I have ever worked for. They don't care about employees, don't offer any trainings or feedback, there is absolutely NO growth or future here. Management are micromanagers who don't actually help or train if there are a problem (and are never around for that matter).

Literally everything. Managing people, providing feedback, training, ever aspect of the job. There is no leadership.

This is the worst job I've ever had. There is no guidance, no support, no room for growth or upskilling.

Everything. Clear and effective leadership. Enough work to do that is valuable and not mind-numbingly boring. Integration with the government customer. Better benefits.

Again, there is such high turnover you barely know the coworkers. They are not experts at what they do, or particularly helpful. FSA could literally do anything (literally one thing) to foster a community spirit and sense of employee satisfaction.
