I think the people are nice and the work is interesting. I wish the benefits were better, and that was at least a COL adjustment annually.

I enjoy how kind and engaging they are. The people I work with are generally really nice.

The health insurance options aren't great. The PPO plan has high copays and the alternative is to pay out of pocket with pre-tax money in an HSA account until the deductible is met. There should also be a cost of living adjustment every year.

I enjoy how kind and knowledgeable they are. Since they have been with the company for a long time, their insight and knowhow in the job we do is amazing to witness. If I every have a question, I know they will have an answer or can use their experience to puzzle our a reasonable answer.
