I just completed 15 years working for GE in May 13th, I spent a little more than 5 years as a contractor and my biggest goal was to become an employee, which happened in October 2013. I became an experienced adult and most of the things I learned while working here influenced my personal life.

It's a very good salary compared to the market in my region, I also have a lot of important benefits and I'm transitioning to full remote work.

Without any doubts, the regional diversity. For me personally, it's a wonderful experience to be in meetings with people from many other countries. The experience is amazing.
Cosa ti piace di più del team di leadership?
I have a pretty close relationship with my manager and top leadership team. I really feel I'm considered because I'm in Latin America working with leaders from US and Europe, and it was never as opened as it is today.

GE is very respectful and I believe this really important for a working relationship, I have been working for so many years and expect to be here for so many more and I believe it's related to comfortable I feel in this environment.
