It has changed drastically in the 2.5 years I have been here. It has moved from a good old boy network that you are either in or OUT ... to a more cohesive team blending legecy GE with new recruites that are treated with respect.

Been with GE for 3 years. The 1st 2 years were extremely hard and personally challenging due to the GE "Good Old Boy" Network. If you did not agree with everything they said, you were dismissed as not able or knowledgeable about the topic and they were very vocal within their network.
