I have worked for my company for 13 years in various positions and love working for GE. I enjoy waking up every morning and know that I can make a difference in a challenging environment that both keeps me engaged and satisfied at the end of the day.

I feel that the company is very focused on safety and quality culture, this environment leads to an ease of mind to focus on the tasks of the day know that the support is there to stop the line when required both on safety and quality.

I have increased my position within the company but was not compensated for the position move. I was told a year ago that it would eventually be rectified. With the constant state and changes to the business I do not feel that this promise will be followed through.
