  • Take their basic tax course and get hired on as a tax pro; that way you have your foot in the door. Block tends to hire from within their ranks, as opposed to hiring people off the street.

  • Be professional be respectful be honest

  • It don't they will give you a raise one year and then the next year they take you down to 7.25 an hour that is against the law but block still does it

  • Through the corporate office in Kansas City.

  • It depends on the nature of the infraction. There is almost always a report submitted. Then an HR Rep is assigned to gather facts of the situation by interviewing related people. Documents and emails etc may also be included for review. Then a decision is made and discussed with stakeholders. That decision is then communicated outbound to affected parties.
