The staff was accommodating the entire time.
They put the client's needs ahead of their own.
They are always looking for ways to improve for both the client and the employee.
The level of respect between associates is usually a priority and it shows when the client is brought in to interact with the team.
People that work at H&R Block have either been doing so because they like the clients or sometimes because they like the team but rarely because they feel properly compensated.
I don't feel that the industry itself pays as well as it should for the type of services the client receives so I don't see for now a way to improve that for anyone.
