Ever since our company was acquired by Ministry Brands, things have been chaotic. There have been lulls of normalcy but then periods of complete disorder. That combined with a near standstill in wage growth has led me to lose much of the passion I once had for working in this industry.

More cohesive and thought-out direction and guidance that is then well communicated to the company as a whole. Additionally, better support for the front-line teams meaning better compensation and a larger head count rather than forcing the workload of multiple departments on smaller teams.
