Zero onboarding. Max 2 hours w/ my boss in 1st 7 months. He changed my role w/out telling me. Misrepresented holiday closures. Next manager much better but far too busy to engage sufficiently. I'm a highly-motivated hard worker that feels unsupported and uncertain of my ability to succeed here.

lacking: team/comradery; clear communication; clarity on various teams & what they do constant push from executives to do more than anyone can possibly do ZERO onboarding I feel the weight of impossible expectations, yet I could not show up tomorrow and it would barely be noticed
