I have enjoyed my time with this company. Compensation needs to be more aggressive in hopes to retain it's employees further. This would allow us to develop stronger talent with longer lasting result.

I am not micromanaged and I am expected to get my work completed in a timely manner. I am able to execute my daily duties effectively.

Market salary for the position is higher across the board. In the last 2 years, inflation is over 10%. You're handing out 1-3% and acting like we should be grateful for that. Move to 4 day work week if you don't want to pay employees more. Don't discourage PPTO usage. Lower insurance premiums.
