In my eyes, there is light at the end of the tunnel. There needs to be more communication/clarity of training/product updates/DEPARTMENTS (billing, tech, support, etc). Basically my biggest dilemma is "who to ask for this,that/the other" and how fast can I get an answer

Being sales -oriented, "shout-outs" are probably the best feeling. Although it may not happen as often as you'd like, it feels good when they do.

As we are all going through this transitioning process, it's good to know that everyone still has the capacity to have a sense of humor while at the same time being supportive and versatile

I LOVE that the team I'm on is well-rounded. I'm starting to dive deep into the products that initially seemed foreign to me...and I couldn't have better support. Originally, my biggest issue was "where to go/who to ask". Jon DeLong's new role is a HUGE help. Also - Westside is a fun group! :)
