Working for MB has been a blessing and an answer to prayer. God brought the job I really needed at the perfect time. I love working with my manager and team-mates and I have enjoyed learning all the new skills. Processes can be slow and frustrating, which can impact customers, but I enjoy my job.

MB is a great company to work for and provides opportunities for growth, and good work life balance. Unfortunately, leadership is hurried and shortsighted which causes confusion and a lack of trust in the vision and guidance of leadership. Too many projects/initiatives in place at the same time

Our compensation compared to other companies is not pretty. I feel like I'm working my tush off to protect someone else's quarterly bonus, and yet my efforts are not appreciated.

The team I work with genuinely cares about each other, as individuals. We care about the customer and work our hardest to make sure the customers needs are met to the best of our ability.

Better/clearer/realistic priorities, executing and implementing goals to completion before starting another project/goals. Too much "dust in the air" and too much transition at the same time. Communicate with support better to understand the needs of the client better

The team genuinely cares about the customer and each other. There is a deep sense of comradery that makes me feel appreciated and valued. My manager also cares about me on a personal level, and I don't feel like a cog in a corporate wheel

The team I work with and the work I do with and for the customer are why I stay. Leadership doesn't always make sense to me in why they do what they do, but I love my job, and I love serving the customer.

Clear communication of goals and processes. Policies change all the time and we are not notified until it is too late and then we "get in trouble" for doing the wrong thing. We also need to finish and FULLY COMPLETE one project before starting a new project.
