I think good and necessary changes are being made as a result of the carve out from Community Brands. I like the new direction that MB is headed.

Copious resources are poured into Sales and Operations, but not into R&D, who are increasingly stretched extremely thin. Associate pay is below average, and neither time nor funding is provided for professional training. Our 401K is paltry, and no plan for improvement has been openly discussed.
