It's great. It would be nice to have more WFH flexibility as right now, some folks have it and others don't. It would also be nice if the company invested more for employee outings/functions. More involvement in the community and employee base in general would be nice to see.
Its been great. I look forwrd to many more years.
It's been great. There are areas of improvement, which I'm hoping will come from this feedback. I really think there needs to be a hybrid option given. Most of our company is fully remote and other companies in our industry work fully remote, so it just seems like the leaders don't want to do it.
They want to do a good job.
Flexibility with time off is huge.
Everyone wants to do good work.
Its genuine. (Adding words for the minimum requirement)
Being able to accomplish our goals.
Our vacation time is great!
We're always looking to improve.
Achieving a collective goal together.
Accomplishing improvements that make things better for reps and clients.
They are all willing to pitch in and help where needed
Working with intelligent individuals that are all working toward the same goal.
They listen and take action based on feedback. I wish they'd implement a work from home option.
The leaders are open and sincere. They are backing up what they say and following through on the goals set.
The investment in employees. There are several employee functions throughout the year and Oktoberfest was a HUGE hit! We need more of this!
The PPTO and PSSL is great. Compensation would feel like it would increase if there was a hybrid option. The cost of gas decreasing alone would make a huge impact.
They care about people, and they work to put actions to their words on most things. There's still no movement on hybrid work options and it seems like we've been asking about that for a year.
Everyone has great intentions. They all want to come in and do a great job. We need more training though because there are a lot of gaps for common sense industry things that folks just don't know.
They listen and take action based on the feedback. If something isn't good, they get to the root of things and work to improve it. If something is great, they try to keep doing those things. Listening is big. Listening and taking action based on feedback is huge.
It's mostly focused on the people. It seems like we've had a lot of cuts to culture club events, and everyone is wondering if we will be able to do a Christmas party this year or not. It seems like other departments get invested in far more than our department.
PTO. It would be nice if we could get Black Friday off instead of Easter Monday. The clients we work with are in the office Easter Monday, so we come in fighting an uphill battle that is difficult to dig out of. Black Friday is the opposite; most of our clients are off and volumes are low.
