I wear multiple hats, but I am paid for only one. I feel that, across the entire team, there should be an increase of at least a 2 dollar an hour increase in wages. Gas is almost $4 a gal. Food is crazy expensive. Child care is out of sight. Mortage rates and taxes are extreme. Not enough money.
