No one gets left behind. The office is like a family. I am very protective of my coworkers.

Industry standard pay for my position is way off. My responsibilities have increased significantly. Im not sure what i bring is valued.

They are very present. I can call them after hours for professional and or personal help and they always respond. Tom , Gary and Terri.

Help!!!! We are finally working as a unit. I was a little nervous at first but we are working really well together. I enjoy my team.

NOT everything has to be a fire drill. Less meetings and respecting a difference of opinion, the arguing back and fourth is childish and a waste of time.

Just the market value for the position but I understand now what I need to do on my end to make that happen. I also handle a lot of different things that may not fall under my role.

I don't feel under valued just under paid and not by a lot. I handle a lot of different things that land outside of my job duties. I understand we are growing and we all have to take on a heavier load.
