This company has the potential to do a lot of good. Currently, it is disorganized, without clear paths or processes. This is difficult for team members and clients. The values of the company seemed to have changed and the care and value for employees has gone by the wayside.

The Team is able to overcome adversity and provide quality support to our clients efficiently. They care about each other and look out for one another.

There are a lot of conversations that include how the team is being appreciated and how much they are cared about but there is very little action that demonstrates this. Team Members are paid 15-20k less than the industry standard but thanked for their "passion."

Care and consideration for the work/life balance. Respecting the agreed upon terms when a team member is hired. Clear job descriptions that are accurate. There needs to be fundamental understanding of the workload that is placed on the team and how that impacts the team's day-to-day

After the re-org, multiple steps are added to every process and issues are not being handled as efficiently as they can. There are promises that are made and no action completed. There is not an equal balance of work across departments, with some teams filling their day with outside activities.
