We are being open and supportive to each other. I have a very good second-level manager with great capability in leadership and multi-task management who could always back the team up.

I don't think I was fairly offered and matched to my level when join but there're some history reasons and I expect things can get better with years of my contribution and hardworking. However due to low merit increase or even freezing merit, my compensation is still under fair level of the market.
