
I'm most happy when I can successfully maintain all expectations of the providers as well as keep the staff from constant call outs.
My colleagues are supportive, intelligent, and caring. The support staff that is being hired for MAs/RTs is significantly less engaged or motivated to excellency.
I would prefer better insurance without the increasing deductibles every year. Also would like to receive a more competitive raise to maintain market competiveness. I like the retirement match and the pension.
The leadership team is engaged with community as well as employees. I have great support with my management team. Again the staff need to be more engaged in the Northside culture and ER could be more helpful in enforcing.
