
I have to speak to somebody in human resources regarding leadership
I'm not sure because he hires people that have been rehired and they end up leaving and I don't know I don't know what can improve that
There is nothing positive about it absolutely nothing they do not have group meetings I don't have interactive involvement with positive displays and awards or anybody doing good thing they do nothing but gossip and complain fire and higher
We have no meetings there is no co-worker meetings there's no incentives there's nothing that we do at that place that would help everyone get along everyone talks about each other they gossip and they're rude as can be
