I was excited about RealPage and left an amazing company because I thought I would make more money and have more advancement opportunities. Technically I should have made more but RealPage has all these stipulations about paying commission so I won't even earn 40% of the commission I earned.

So many things... There is high turnover for a reason and the organization laughs it off instead of doing something to improve on boarding and attempt to retain employees

Leadership team makes their political association clear and known which I think is inappropriate. So I would say stop hosting your republican meetings and mandating sales goes to them. Be more diplomatic.

I would feel better if vacation time rolled over, I could get overtime when I'm an hourly employee, more training opportunities, more cross departmental events, not holding 71% of my commissions in a reserve with no clear measurable way to access it, better yet pay want you agreed to pay in contract
