What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get paid appropriately for the value I provide, and they stretched a little bit to get me.

Overall very solid - equity has the most upside but also typically pay bonus 2-3 times vs just annually which is nice as well - good array of choices on benefits.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This past year and a half I had to work with rather unprofessional treatment from team members that I hire for - there have been situations that my HRBP could have had a positive impact on that I would appreciate in the future.

external hires receiving more compared to internal transfers/promoted because market dictates. if market dictates, we should be aligned to external hires.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
culture starts with leaders and they're not aligned. some leaders understand, others don't. and these are leaders of different departments. hr and recruitment says good things before and when you start at work, but it doesn't reflect when you're already working.
