RealPage was founded in 1998 and its current CEO is Dana Jones. Since its inception 28 years ago, RealPage has grown to 7000 employees.

In 2019, eCarra served 689 RealPage employees while saving 339 gallons of gas and 3,000,000 pounds of carbon! They also plant a tree for every rider, resulting in 689 trees planted!
The toilet paper used at RealPage is 100% recyclable and Green Seal-certified and the multi-fold paper towels are 100% recyclable and ECOLOGO certified.
IST has collected 80 pounds of batteries from the Ambassador stations at headquarters to be recycled along with other technology equipment.
In the cafeteria, the team replaced the plastic to-go containers with china and paper plates. At the coffee bars, they removed all paper cups, promoting the use of the RealPage reusable tumblers instead.
131 RealPagers used the 10 RealRides bicycles in 2019. Additionally, the four EV charging stations has allowed our electric drivers to save 243 gallons of gas and 1794 lbs of carbon.

Charitable Giving: We encourage our employees to donate their time, talent, and financial resources to worthy organizations. Over the past two decades, our primary philanthropic partner has been the United Way. Thousands of RealPage employees across the globe have donated millions of dollars and volunteered countless hours to the United Way. Each employee will now have a simple tool, the RealPage Gives portal for finding the causes that are most important to them – making it convenient to engage in ways that are impactful both to the employee and the organization. In the future, RealPage will support grants to non-profit organizations (501 (c)(3) status) that align with our philanthropic focus areas.
Volunteerism:
