Mr. Edward J. Wolff, also known as Ed, has been President of Leasingdesk Insurance & Screening of RealPage, Inc. since March 2014. Mr. Wolff served as the Chief Operating Officer of Cortland Partners, LLC since 2012. He was responsible for maintaining performance excellence across Cortland Partners's operations and support functions including property operations, human resources, training, information technology, marketing, purchasing and ancillary services, organizational development, risk management, compliance and facilities management. Mr. Wolff served as Chief Administrative Officer of American Management Services LLC. He served as Chief Administrative Officer of Pinnacle. Mr. Wolff served as Chief Administrative Officer of Pinnacle Systems, Inc., since March 2008, he led all operational support functions for one of the largest full service real estate companies that managed more than 150,000 apartments valued beyond $17B with 4,000 employees worldwide. Mr. Wolff was responsible for the operational success of American Management's Information Technology, Human Resources, Crest Compliance, Legal, Client Reporting, Marketing, Purchasing and Risk Management departments. He has worked the last 15 years in various senior leadership capacities with technology and real estate companies in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Wolff served as Chief Administrative Officer of Place Properties, L.P, a nationwide real estate developer, specializing in student and military housing. He was responsible for all administrative functions for the company, including Human Resources, Payroll, Employee Learning & Development, Information Technology, Legal, Risk Management and Facilities. Prior to joining Place Properties, he held human resource executive positions with technology companies including Interland/Website Pros Inc (NASDQ-WPSI) and EarthLink (NASDQ-ELNK). He is a member of the National Multi Housing Council, the Human Capital Institute and the Human Resources Planning Society. He has served on the Advisory Board for Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta, on the Board of Directors for Gilda's Club Atlanta, and as a Past President and Board Member for the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in Atlanta; he received a SHRM Superior Merit Award in 2001. He is a member of the National Apartment Association, Texas Apartment Association and Real Estate Investment Advisory Council. He actively serves on the associate board for the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University, and on the board for the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI). He earned his BBA in Management from Hofstra University and MBA in Management of Tchnology and Ms in Technical Management both from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
