Executive Bio

Mr. Kurt E. Twining has been a Chief People Officer and Senior Vice President of RealPage, Inc. since July 06, 2011. Mr. Twining served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Security at Freescale Semiconductor Inc. and Freescale Semiconductor Holdings I, Ltd. since September 28, 2005. Mr. Twining served as General Manager of Southwest region, of the Hay Group from September 2000 to August 2005. Mr. Twining has also worked as Principal and General Manager of management consulting firm, the Hay Group. At the Hay Group, Mr. Twining provided Senior Counsel to major U.S. corporations in addition to managing operations for the Southwest United States. He served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources of AmeriServe Food Management Services from July 1997 to April 2000. He served as Vice President of Human Resources of Food Systems Divisions of The Pepsi Bottling Group, Inc., from December 1986 to July 1997. Mr. Twining spent 11 years with PepsiCo Food Systems in a variety of roles with increasing responsibility. He serves as a Director for Habitat for Humanity and Dallas Human Resources Boardroom. Mr. Twining started his career in human resources at Texas Instruments. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a Master of Science degree in Industrial Labor Relations from Michigan State University.
