RealPage Interviews Employee Reviews

What did you like most about the interview process?

I liked the upbeatness of the hiring manager. She was also, only there for a little over a year and no longer works at the company.

I was interviewed by an entire executive team. It was a great process to participate in, as I got to meet leaders across the org.

Team was very engaged and kept me informed

Review from Operations Dept

panel discussion with site director

The interviewer (who quit months ago) was incredibly personable and warm, and gave a great rundown of company life.

it was the same as my previous employers

It is fast and effective if the recruiting team isn't overloaded.

30 sessions and met all stake holders

Review from Operations Dept

It was easy and fast

Review from Sales Dept

Streamlined and get to meet the right stakeholders.

Review from HR Dept

Met the team and stakeholders that I'd support in my role

Review from Marketing Dept

It was fairly short and I didn't have to meet with an entire team of people

Review from Sales Dept

That it was fast and simple and that they had made the decision then

Review from Sales Dept

The interviewers like to "properly vet people" to help select the best candidates and doing so, they are amazing at weeding out the fakers....

Review from Marketing Dept

Getting to shadow an employee and see several examples of their tasks live was very helpful when making a decision whether to accept the job.

Meeting many people with whom I would work or support.

Review from Marketing Dept

Involved, all stakeholders met and expectations were clear and transparent

good interaction with all the senior leaders in the company

Review from HR Dept

Great communication and moved quickly

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Interviewers are bad at asking questions. They don't know to get the right information from people.
