High pressure to perform , long hours, but if you have the right direct management it is rewarding
The dms are far from reality! They pish you to your breaking point daily! They text your personal cell or call the store cussing at you and demeaning in person! I have never seen such a toxic place! They only care about numbers that had been generated over 20yrs. Fire dms

The job itself is fine and i usually have enjoyed it, however since our DM switch it has become a place of constant retaliation from him and belittlement
