Their enthusiasm. Even when making the dumbest decisions possible, which clearly has no resl input from the field, they do it with enthusiasm.

Open door policy on everything.
My store manager, my DM and my RD are super friendly and encouraging. Its very rare to find that in a company in todays world.
They are always there for you and making time available for customers to get into with providing our products.
Fire dms, they should not be allowed to terrize employees to make them selves look good around their peers! I have a lost of past and present employees who can contest to the mistreatment! Tell employees to take risk daily! Some people need treatment because of they are treated by dm and rds
Needs a new store manger
Honesty, Integrity, and actually being customer centric
Accountability. They make demands of their workers but will not follow through with orders given or change the orders for "special" customers. Hold the whole management team accountable, the store manager, the sales manager, and the credit manager.
Communication, job descriptions, & being leaders
Medical is fair , but life insurance is cheap.

The dm and rd tells you every day they are going to replace you! No compensation is worth what you have to put up with!

Teamwork flexibility communication ease of understanding between store level employees
That we can be our selfs around each other
You can count on them everyday.
They like to have fun while creating a great customer experience of making the customer feel like family while having a great experience of smell right , look right , and feel right in our store .

Improve the quality of the workers by being held responsible for their actions.
Everything they do not market they argue and fuss with each other daily
Coworkers had an attitude and were not professional . They played loud music all day and spent majority of the day socializing. One of my coworkers would do a full face of make up on the job.

Getting off and going home
none of it its bad
The stores, the DM barricades anything else with negativity
Very accepting of outside life kids appointments etc not all stores I'm sure has as good of manger as mine
The Executive Team ans the EVPs.

It really all falls back to management holding everyone and eachother accountable for their actions and job responsibilities

GET RID OF THE DECISION ENGINE. Personal experience with the customers in our city and instinct could've prevented a few 70+ day late accounts, instead, the decision engine approved them and we never saw the merchandise again.
