Open door policy on everything.

My store manager, my DM and my RD are super friendly and encouraging. Its very rare to find that in a company in todays world.

They are always there for you and making time available for customers to get into with providing our products.

In the past year my leadership has taught me so much and given me better tools to develop my business accumen. I feel i could step into any role managing a singular location and make it profitable. They are teaching me to run multi unit market.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Honesty, Integrity, and actually being customer centric

Accountability. They make demands of their workers but will not follow through with orders given or change the orders for "special" customers. Hold the whole management team accountable, the store manager, the sales manager, and the credit manager.

Your a number at this place start my the turn over people overwhelmed by there goals they want worked with least 80 people and I an now leaving also no one lasts more then 6 months to a 1 day even

That we can be our selfs around each other

Improve the quality of the workers by being held responsible for their actions.

Everything they do not market they argue and fuss with each other daily

Coworkers had an attitude and were not professional . They played loud music all day and spent majority of the day socializing. One of my coworkers would do a full face of make up on the job.

Very accepting of outside life kids appointments etc not all stores I'm sure has as good of manger as mine

The store team got along well

We all work together and with integrity

That the door is always open for people to make payments and we are here for you when you need us.

Understand that it's not 1980 understand that social economics play a role in everyday business understand the needs of our clients as it pertains to economics our demographic is low income what happens when cost of living rises calm down on all the heavy handed sales tactics cut weekly rates down

Calling harrasing people all day they hate everyone

GET RID OF THE DECISION ENGINE. Personal experience with the customers in our city and instinct could've prevented a few 70+ day late accounts, instead, the decision engine approved them and we never saw the merchandise again.

The company takes advantage of the poor.
