I also feel that any perks offered or promotions given are given with a whole list of binding terms. I don't feel valued.

Appian: I love working at Appian because of all compensation, the benefits, the work that I do, and especially the people. Working at Appian gives me great balance with work and my kids and family. I get to work from home and it is a great feeling. I cannot say enough great things about my time here.
Milestone Technologies, Inc.: I started earlier this year and overall the experience has been one of the best in my professional life. I really enjoy the focus of the ServiceNow practice and the employee first mentality. My manager is a guiding light and provides me with appropriate feedback and motivation.
SPS Commerce: It seemed great when I first started, the team was more positive and felt more structured. We don't have a defined definition for what the team does as we touch "Everything" and with the increased amount of work we've taken on, with high turnover and not replacing fast enough , is stressful.
Zulily: I really appreciated being kept in the loop and knowing what next steps would be. I was also given times that the team would be in touch. Hoping to get an offer!

Lamar Advertising: Our office has grown toxic as certain people are not held accountable for their portion of the work. Exceptions are made for some people but not for others. Feels unfair and can be a bit of a “favorites” game. Also my manager is afraid to promote deserving employees, doesn’t want to refill gap

Sitecore: It has been a challenging year given all of the internal changes and new experiences, coupled with the fact that I had a hard time selling in the beginning. There is still an uphill battle to fight but I am more confident that I can make a positive contribution to the business.

Mountain Warehouse: Poor communication, unethical profit margins, no care or consideration for in store teams, dreadful wages in comparison to those at the top end, dreadful organisation, empty promises.

Zulily: Even though it was somewhat daunting being interviewed by 5 different people the time when by fast. Each person had a focus and left time for questions. It was well organized and efficient. Everybody was engaged and profesional.
