I just love it. I love coming to work basically every day, if not for the work then for the people. It is challenging and exciting, and I love being part of a successful company that is definitely going places.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I started as a green employee and the team has taken the time to teach me and push me into areas that I may not be comfortable with, but force me to grow in my role, which is really an amazing thing. I have learned so much from my time here, and while I am still unsure sometimes the support is amaze

The people and the role that I am in.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is always being reviewed and worked on to make it the best that it can be for us.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
How transparent they are with the company information, but also how much they care about all the employees here on a personal level. They are amazing!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How often we come together to celebrate wins or talk about failures but also treat those as wins because we know what doesn't work in those times.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I know that it is a fair evaluation of what our team is seeing from the market data and feel that I am compenstated appropriately for my role.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparency from top to bottom; and how much they truly care about each individual at Salsify. It is a very easy and open relationship with the leadership team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
How driven and smart each one of them is, but also how caring they are and making sure we all have down time so we do not get burnt out.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone at Salsify is helpful, whether you see a new face or a remote employees, every one says hello and is eager to jump in and help if they see an opportunity.
What are some of the best things about your team?
how much we all care about each other on both a work and personal level. It is a family here, but it does not replace your true family and friends which I think is an amazing and healthy balance
What makes you most happy at work?
All my co-workers and the leadership team! I love being around them and supporting them and know I have their support as well. I also love the amount of collaboration in our org and how helpful everyone is to help with projects that they might not even be involved in. It is the best!
