They are so strong and so amazing at everything they do. When it comes to; coaching, teaching, just simply being there and at the same time giving you the courage to keep moving forward, they have it covered:)

7 years and the company has had many ups and downs. High expectations for low hourly wages. Easy to promote within if you are motivated to do so. Semi-hard labor (physically and mentally taxing at times; always standing/moving/talking; messy). Transfers available all over the U.S.

Absolutely horrible . I'll never work for Starbucks, or buy any of their products again. I was harassed, bullied, and talked down to by management and only ever made enough money to barely pay the bills. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
