The personality of the manager.
They offer great benefits and look out for the employees. But sadly, we rarely see any type of leadership besides our manager.
The matching 401K is amazing and I take full advantage of it as well as the stock share program. The pay for the amount of work and stress is grossly below what it should be.
if the manager is there, she is always encouraging us and doing what it takes to help everyone. When she's not there is seems to be a disaster when the very young supervisors play around ineffectively doing their job. We all suffer. It becomes quite overwhelming for us all real quickly.
When everyone works hard and does their best. Sadly we are often underscheduled. That means we all need to pick up more things to get done. Again, our store is extremely busy with the drive-thru and customers become very demanding and impatient. We then become unable to connect with them in any way.
There are two type of coworkers. 1. Those that work incredibly hard and those who find any way possible to squeeze out of work. Our store is incredibly busy and if everyone there isn't doing their part we and the customers suffer. I wish there was better leadership skills among the shift supervisors
