I am an Army Veteran of 8 years. I previously worked at Taco Bell prior to joining the military. I enjoyed it so much that I felt it was the best decision for me to work there again while I attend university.

My GM has been so supportive of me moving up within the company and super flexible with my work schedule so that I can graduate with my bachelors this march.

I know that the current minimum wage in Texas is low and the manager is hiring just slightly above that rate but I essentially need to buy new work shoes every three months since I am on my feet for so long and they pay just does not support that kind of demand. I would like to see better incentives
