I was never trained, I am also being written up for going to the hospital due to a seizure and was not capable of calling off and even with an excuse from the hospital I was still punished. I also gave them papers stating my seizure disability. I do not get recognized for how much I do at work.

We need proper training and for things to be much more uniform! Each manager runs the shift different and we are all confused espiral y the new hires. I have trained crew members when I myself wasn’t traine

Be open and friendly with the employees as well as customers. Stop cussing and yelling at employees, stop the unprofessional attitudes toward employees. Treat the job professional and important so the employees do as well! Make the employees feel as though they matter to the company.

Managers are having bad attitudes, thus the employees have bad attitudes with the customers and we have gotten friendliness complaints. I have experienced being reprimanded for the state that my seizure disorder left me in twice in one year. I am not appropriated and neither is my work.

Acknowledging when an employee is going above and beyond. They only reward those they like and seem to have a closer relationship with. Being more understanding and accepting of persons with seizure disabilities because I am not able to call off per the policy if I am actively in a seizure.

All I ask if for understanding and for there to be an exception to the call off policy when I am hospitalized due to a seizure and am able to bring in proof of this. I was threatened to be written up the first time in a car accident where I was sedated after going into major seizures.
