I'm grateful to maintain a job at this company I have no major issues here but over time I can see myself getting burnt out in my position.
The patients and different interactions. Keeping busy and maintaining a productive flow
My team meets goals, they are efficient and come to work everyday to get their job done.
when there is an issue or something needed, they are there to assist and keep things moving
Having a job that I enjoy doing and being able to get it done and having weekends off.
My work environment is laid back, the stress level is not high here. Everyone is kind and communication is okay. Keeping busy and maintaining interest in my line of work
I'm in the lab in the Mohs department and I rarely have interactions with my co workers. I don't mind the way it is but I also feel like they aren't very communicative when it comes to schedule changes or information in regards to our team and schedules.
Finding ways to improve efficiency in their roles. Taking more initiative within the team when another team mate is in need of help. Including all team members when it comes to team issues or information that is important to the team as a whole. Better communication in general.
The most positive about the culture of the environment at this company is meeting new people and also keeping in touch with the employees who have been with the company as long as you have so they know you on a more personal level and understand where you are coming from when situations arise.
I feel as though every year more tasks are added on to individual roles and yearly raises don't seem to meet the worth of the individual and what they do for the team or the company. Such as little to no absences, efficient, productive work ethic and the amount of years they've been with the company
I've never really had anyone approach me about how I feel about my job and what can be done to make me happy in my position. I feel like I've had one doctor from a different clinic approach me and call me the most important person of the day and that made me feel good. I rarely get feedback as well.
