I have only been here a couple of months, but it has been good, busy, and a definite challenge. This is exactly what I wanted to do.
I am happy for the most part. My manager seems very invested in my success with the company
patients and knowing that we are making a difference
Anytime I need something they are there to answer me
They are supportive and seem to care about me as a person.
They are supportive of one another and will pitch in and help when needed.
even though they don't agree sometimes they still find a way to work together.
The insurance is good. The PTO is not as good as I feel it needs to be.
The togetherness and the way that the patients feel when they walk in the clinic. If the patients are happy and satisfied then it makes my day.
The pay is good for the area. The benefits are comparable to other companies. The time off could be better with offering more hours per pay period.
They are welcoming and helpful on your first day. They care about the patients/co-workers. You can sense togetherness from the first time you walk in the office.
I feel like they need to look at the entire picture of the job and the position/ not pay by location. Someone should not make less money in the same position just because of the location they are in.
