So far things are very well. It is extremely fast and always something to do. Opening new clinics is fun and just shows that the company is stable.

They are welcoming and helpful on your first day. They care about the patients/co-workers. You can sense togetherness from the first time you walk in the office.

I feel like they need to look at the entire picture of the job and the position/ not pay by location. Someone should not make less money in the same position just because of the location they are in.
