Pay transparency is needed. There are people who have been at the company longer who make less per hour than people hired recently. Consistency in training is necessary, you can't have one person tell you to something one way and then someone else another way, standard of workflow is a must.

For the most part, everyone is willing to answer questions and help me learn my role better. There are a few people who regularly talk about leaving the company that brings down the office.

The benefits are not very affordable, and the one plan that I feel comfortable paying for has such a high deductible that it almost doesn't make sense to have insurance. For the actual job, the compensation is fair, it is all the rest of the side work that makes the compensation seem unfair.
