There's a lot of good that I really try to focus on but the lack of up to date technology, the conflicting information I've received from my supervisor and the overwhelming amount of burn out around me can make it difficult. High positions who are on a power trip need to be held accountable.

I love how much everyone cares about each other and is there for eachother in all the chaos for the most part (nurses and MA's and Front desk)

We need clear rules and regulations for patients and staff. Felt throw in and expected to know things I was never told about when first hired. Better pay after 90 days

so much negativity from burnt out nurses and under appreciated staff. A lot of our system is out of date so communication with patients can be very frustrating and confusing for them. I believe having more people in leadership positions who know what they are doing would help. too many PT's in a day
