I honestly do like some of things since i was absorbed in the merger. There is the good and bad with everything. I feel like whenever i have had advancement it has been more of a pain to get things established, get pay comp info, etc. Being MGM has still been a paid getting day to day things solved

I would say a lot or my team are very caring individuals. All are family oreinted so fits into the district dynamic.

I feel like when we condensed, they didnt do anything to increase compensation for myself. More responsibilities for same pay. No gas incentive, salary, bonus, etc
