I've been with the company for 3 years. I used to enjoy coming to work every day. The culture was soooo awesome. I felt like I was growing at first. I was a top performer before taking on the leadership role. I felt value and appreciated more when I was a agent as a top performer than I do now.

Being a leader of 10 agents. I feel like my commission shouldn't be cap if my team commission isn't cap. We should make equal or I should make more than them.
