Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. My experience here at Victra has been ups and down I have worked at small volume doors large volume doors different positions and also a different people one thing that I learned from shifting around is management style and Leadership that makes it big impact.

Upper management needs to be more involved and have more one-on-ones at each store with each individual on a personal level management is really important when involved with all stores not just their biggest concerns as in locations

What makes me most happy at work is when my reps use the tactics and take the information that I have gave to them and use it in a positive way to be compensated in the best way with success and in growth within the company
