The payscale that I am on feels appropriate and my store manager is great. The problem I have with this company, at least where I am, it never feels like enough. We don't get celebrated for a huge day or month, but instead it's so better at this, do better at that, work on this...etc. it's not fun

Being on a salary only position makes me work hard for what I have and I feel properly compensated.

My direct manager is amazing and is always willing to work with us. Above that feels very disconnected from the actual sales people

My direct manager. A lot of things above that level feels like what we are doing is never enough. We could be trending 200% to goal and instead of a great job, we get, but you're doing bad in these areas. We really need to improve.
