Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. I believe that as an MGM our responsibilities exceed what a standard GM have. Along side with driving between multiple locations i do believe that MGM compensation should be higher than a standard GM.
