Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Every leaders goals are aligned. I left a store leadership position at a Fortune 50 company because everyone's bonus criteria seemed to be aligned against everyone elses. Victra financial incentives are vertically aligned and thus the leadership is too.
