We need to slow down hiring. And focus on higher quality reps. Many new GMs are having problems with reps who are hired by DMs just trying to keep headcount up. And I dont think my voice is heard when it comes to bringing up issues that are arising. Trainers know our dilema, DMs overlook them.

Open door policy, plenty of resources to grow as a manager and individual.

Our trainers let us know how the bonus structure used to be. Hearing what blue store managers used to make vs now is a less than ideal revelation.

Good team, I would like more accountablility for hiring better people. I feel like we are just keeping some people due to staffing issues and that can impact business in a negative way more than having extra help benefits us overall.

I feel like there is a disconnect between DM and GM. The understanding of day to day expectations and interactions can be watered down. The training team has made it clear that bad reps can cause problems at stores but it seems like there are DMs just keeping bodies at stores.
