Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. Front line staff are not heard, do not feel appreciated, and the commission structure changes so drastically that most of us need a second job to make ends meet. An employee working full time shouldn't need to apply for state benefits to feed their family
